I received a computer from Amazon.com that looked like a good deal but knowing Toshiba like I do I decided to purchase a warranty from Square Trade. The computer has been a nightmare from the begining running slower and slower. This is an Intel quad core i7 with 6 megs of RAM. It should scream but it is the slowest thing I have ever owned. I called the company and spoke with them and they said go to Toshiba. So I decided to go that route. Next thing I know I look on the web site to see what my warranty said and it showed that I filed a claim for a cracked screen which wasn't covered under the warranty. I never said a thing about a cracked screen. I immediately canceled my contract so we'll see if they send me my money back. I am sure that they will find a reason not to.
