My wife received a card offering grocery store discounts. All she had to do was to fill out the card and mail it in. She did. Nothing happened untill she noticed we were being charged $24.95 every month by Wc Valueplus.
There was no contact information or other description of why we were being charged. She Googled and found the web address and phone number. When I called, it was answered by a billing group that said that said Value Plus gave out grocery coupons. We had never received any grocery coupons during the 9 months we were charged. Ion.
I requested a refund for nonservice. I have received no ackknowledgement or orther act
