Horrible service and do not expect your deposit back!

We rented with DHT in 2011 and had VERY poor service. We did not recieve our full deposit or any paperwork regarding why it was shorted.

We rented from DHT in our service was HORRIBLE. We were told not to contact the home owner, only them.

During our renting period we went without heat due to a broken furnace for 3 days in November (I have 3 small children... I was NOT happy). We also had 2 gas leaks of which I had to call the city and have fixed (because they would not respond to my calls), no hot water for 2 WEEKS (due to a broken water heater) still no response to my calls, many other unresolved home issues of which I fixed because they would not respond to my calls. I own a house in WA and if I had a company ignoring all these important issues I would be furious!

We moved out a couple of months ago and now they have shorted our deposit (I had to call and email a number of times to even get that!) and provided no paperwork as to why it was shorted. Now they are ignoring all me efforts to contact them and get info as to why our deposit was shorted. They have 9 BBB complaints of which they have ignored all of them!!! I want the community to know about their poor service, before someone else gets caught in this mess. I also emailed the CEO and brought to her attention several complaints that I found on-line and she stated that they mean nothing to her!
