In January I ordered the alert one service for my 100 year old grandma. I was told I'd get a monitoring box, pendant, 3 room buttons, lockbox for key and voice extender for paying $300 for 1 years service. And I could cancel service with prorated refund as Long as I return the system. The system shipped I installed it a week lated $100 disappears out of my checking from alert one. I called them and was told they charged me for a voice extender which is nothing more than a very very cheep plastic speaker.
I told them that I did not authorize this and if I owed anything you better contact me first or bill me not take whatever you want out of my checking acct. Plus the voice extender was included with the $300 price for a year up front. Then in February my grandma was admitted into a nursing home. I returned the system and received no refund. I called and talked to Tammy she said they just stopped giving refunds. I said I'm paying you for services that I'm no longer receiving only used 2-3 months the service is $30 a month. These people are rip offs go somewhere else they have stolen $300 from me service sucks equipment is cheep garbage
