This company uses a SCAM in which a price is quoted, and then they increase the price based on "weight" once your house is loaded on the truck. They damaged over $7,000 - $10,000 in products, and over charges and a formal law suit will be filed this month against them, as well as the BBB report above. I would fully encourage you to NOT utilize this company. Damage, poor service, etc.
My dealings started with "Mike" who passed me to "Sophia" although I believe they are all related. I was pushed to an insurance company, and told that the process would take 3 months. I called back at the end of three months, and then was told it would take six months.
I moved from Dallas to Los Angeles, and they had to split up two trucks, and had to have multiple vendors come and repair all the damage to my work out equipment etc.
Complete SCAM. Stay away
