Gamerwelcome is a site that of course has glowing reports from satisfied customers. The reality is not so glowing.
I ordered my gold three weeks ago. After confirming stock, they then told me they were out of stock. After a couple days, when asking about my order, I was told their account had been banned. Since they could not deliver my order, I asked for a refund.
After the third day, I filed a complaint with PayPal. The next day a 'manager' sent an email saying they had stock and would deliver my order. I contacted support to confirm and was told that to deliver my order I would need to cancel my Paypal complaint, which like an idiot, I did.
I gave them confirmation of cancellation, and then was told that their 'special staff' would call me within 48 hours to set up delivery.
A week later, I do not have my delivery, they still say they need to call me. I am sure this is happening far more than what is being reported and that gamerwelcome is preying on many and laughing all the way.
