My name is Esther Maria P; the reason for this letter is to explain the hardship and to show proof concerning my fraudulent marriage.in this letter I will dictate in my own words, my marriage was falsified back in 2000. When I found out concerning this fraudulent marriage I began a journey to investigate and to state proof that I am telling the truth. Now before I could start my explanation, Ill begin to state how I went to an agency in New York that prepared immigration documents.
One day I met a guy by the name of Carlos at a party here in Plainfield, New Jersey, late in July. We became friends immediately since he also came from my country, Ecuador. Carlos brags to me about how he obtained a work authorization card I was very interested so I asked him a lot of questions, how much did you pay? Is this legal to do? And where is this office located. At first I was very skeptical because at first it was very far from my house due to the fact that I live in New Jersey and the office was located in New York, but I made an effort and went. The name of the
office was AMERICA. The office had two partners, one of the partners I always saw, only talked to two a time.
Everything was very quick and dry. When I went to the office for a formal interview I spoke to one of the employees asking a lot of questions because I was anxious. One of the questions that was always in the back of my mind was
the price range, when I asked her what did I have to bring and how much I would have to pay for the process she said I needed the I94, current passport, pictures and the price was $7500and I would have to sign some blank papers.in my mind I said wow this is really expensive. I had to make sacrifice because this was a deal of a lifetime, to get all my legal papers. They has me sign a lot of papers that now I realized they purged my signature without my knowledge and
they promised me a lot for what I was paying. I signed a lot of papers and due to the fact that I dont speak much English I couldnt read or understand all of the papers until a later time Mrs. Consuelo Aviles falsified a marriage now
that I have proof that I was never married in the state of New York. Around the time when the twin towers were destroyed it seemed like the deal that I made was made, the process of all the papers to a plunge. One day I got a phone call from her office that we needed to go to the immigration office in New York, I really didnt want to go because I was never a part of the plan. One day again I had travel from New Jersey to New York. All this time that has passed, I had no idea I was married to this individual. Legally and technically I was never married in the state of New Jersey or New York. Suddenly, I found out Mrs. Aviles, who had many aliases in question, had a lot of problems with the law
including a house arrest bracelet, this is why we never communicated expect though her partner. I could send any proof now that I have friends that can witness now that they were victims of the same fraud. My research indicated that
I have lived in Brooklyn NY 11237.in this letter I will send copies of all the proof that immigration will need. I never saw any type of proof of immigration documents, neither receipts nor letters from the immigration office; I was nave to what was going on now that I trusted Mrs. Consuelo Aviles to take care of everything, she never let me see anything.
