Be very, very careful here! They purport to be an Antiques Mall, yet they also sell MASS-PRODUCED JUNK that is neither antique, nor collectible! I found a cute seahorse box figurine and bought it. Much to my dismay, when I checked for a similar item on the internet, I found it mass produced looks identical to the item I bought painted exactly the same way exact dimensions (I measured it) exact same materials at LESS THAN 1/3 what I was charged at the Sugar Chest Antique Mall.
I called them to arrange return of the item and got a nasty response from a rude little man who identified himself as Ray. He looked up the item and refused to accept it back on the condition that it is not an antique nor a collectible because it said on its tag SEA HORSE and did not include the words antique or collectible. So they will gladly rip you off and turn it back around at you! Some way to run a supposed ANTIQUE MALL!
I have left word on another Sugar Chest employees voicemail for a manager or owner to call me about this.
