1st Choice Facilities contracted with my company to repair a interior wall damaged at a Ace Cash Express in Whitehall Ohio. After sending all required correspondence with invoice this customer has not responded. Several telephone calls have failed to get them to pay for work provided. I am now writing a complaint letter to the BBB and putting them out for collection.
