Uk Visa and Immigration
Kings Court Chambers They'll trick you out of all your money

Let me start by saying this company appears on their website to be the best there is out there to help someone immigrate to the UK. They even have a facebook page. Appearences can be decieving especially when it comes to this company. If you are looking to immigrate to the UK do not use this company. They will trick you out of your money and when you realize you have been swindeled they will refuse to give you a refund. Here is what happened to me:

I saw their page on facebook and I am looking to get a fiance visa to be with my fiance in the UK. I feel I cannot do this without some help so when I saw their page and how nice it looked I thought there would be no harm in contacting them for more information.

During the initial contact they spoke very fast and explained things to me as quickly as they could, I was in a vulnerable state as this process is extremely stressful. I believe they prayed upon this as they told me I had to use them if I wanted to get a visa. They quoted me some prices and kept going back and forth between dollars and pounds which was very confusing to me. I at first told them I needed a day to think it over but they said they were giving me a deal and if I did not pay it that day the deal would be off and I would have to pay more. So stupid me I went ahead and gave them 700 dollars.

They also made me acknowledge that I had read this client care letter on their website for members only. I read it and it said you could still get a refund until after your first consultation. Well i foolishly clicked I had read it. It was not like a real signature or anything.

The very next day I realized what a big mistake I had made. For one thing they just listed all the forms I needed to give them for my visa without offering any help or advice for them. When I started figuring out the fees they did not make any sense. One thing they did not explain up front was that their fees did not include the application fee. They made it seem like it was so I contacted them via their msging system and they told me it was not included and to refer to the client care letter. This was not in the client care letter.

At this point I decided to ask for a refund, I had not taken advantage of any of their services or sought any legal advice from them. They automatically refused to give me a refund and just kept saying read the client care letter. I was so frustrated but according to my bank they had not taken the money out yet.

A few days letter they contacted me via online msg saying they could give me the service for less money. I told them no because I could not even trust them with something as important as my visa when they have been so deceptive. They of course came back saying I was not elgible for a refund and to refer to the client care letter. That is mainly all the response I ever get. The minute I told them to cancel everything they took the money out of my account.

Something I would like to point out as well is this so called client care letter says you cannot have a refund if you have already had your initial consultation. Well I didn't even know I had one already, no one ever informed me I did. Apparently when they asked my name and when I wanted to come the UK was the consultation. I'm sorry but that is not a consultation. And I find it very interesting they did not tell me it was until I asked for a refund.

What is happening now is I have filed a dispute with my bank and they are currently working to get my money back. I wanted to tell my story because immigrating is stressful in itself without some company like that coming in and cheating people out of their money.
