Received an email blast for Medicare leads from a company called "4ARM leads". Made an inquiry and was contacted by Bill Figueroa of Sales Masters. Agreed to buy a certain number of leads which were to start being delivered the first two weeks of January. This did not happen. Since these leads are time sensitive, I requested a refund. Per email dated February 16 Bill Figueroa said the refund would be processed within 5 days. This did not happen so I made another inquiry via email dated February 28th. Per Bill Figueroa the same day, "I will check to see where we are at." Obviously, Mr. Figueroa was delaying the refund he promised me on the 16th.
On Feb. 29th I started receiving leads from Sales Masters. I was confused since I had already requested and was promised a refund. I promptly sent Bill Figueroa an email stating I did not want these leads and to grant me the refund I was promised. After several attempts to reach Bill Figueroa by phone and email to resolve this issue, he finally answered my phone call March 15. He gave no reason for not refunding my money except that he had started sending me leads. I reminded him that these leads are time sensitive and that I did not want them - which was already stated in my Feb 29th email. After the conversation escalted, I hung up on Bill Figueroa. He called me back and said that since I hund up on him, I would have to have my collection agency call him. This guy is a smooth salesman but does not provide what he promises. I have all of the email documentation for my claim. He does not. I would not do business with this company.
