Judge JW Hand, Justice of the Peace Precinct, recently convicted a motorist of a traffic violation for giving a bicyclist ample room while the car was passing. The roadway was a single lane narrow road with no shoulder and a speed limit of 40 MPH. The bicyclist had no where to go and could not move over so the driver moved as far to the left to pass safely. Judge Hand gave the motorist a large fine and said "Next time you should not move over." The shocked motorist asked the judge if he would prefer her to hit the bicyclist and he refused to answer. Anyone who drives a car or rides a bicycle in Argyle, TX or the town of Roanoke, TX needs to be aware that there is a crooked judge who is after blood-most like yours. Beware!
