Peopledata ripoff Overcharges on credit card I was to be charged $10.00, so far, this website has charged me $45.00!

I looked on Peopledata.com for a persons name and telephone number. I was to be charged $10.00, so far, this website has charged me $45.00! There is not a phone number, email address, nothing to contact them with in order to reverse these charges. This website is a definate ripoff!!!
