Ripoff took money didn't send data

I tried looking someone up twice using the $10 fee using my credit card but it would not go through and I got no information.

I tried later, it went through but a few days lator I was not only charged the $10 but an additional $20 for information I never received. This was to look up one person.

I cannot find a telephone number or address to complain. Guess I got Ripped off!
