Kesha rude, disrespectful, careless, un mannered/healthy uneducated shop employees

Omg these people suck, not only are they rude ripoffs but i am about to go in debt paying for the health care for the piercing they gave me, and the punks wont even refund me. Or let me speak with the owner, its like he's hiding out. All they do is yell, and hang up on me when i call. And the lady who pierced me name is kesha. Uuuggghhh..
