Magic jack ran an advertisement that said that existing customers could buy their device and send to family and friends so I bought two of their telephone devices and sent them to family members, unfortunately they never worked. I immediately sent them back and I got a full refund for both items. The problem I am now having is after I have called repeatedly to ask for the money that was taken to specially assign a number to the device, and to put long distance service on they told me out right that the money will not be refunded and this was a device that never worked. Not only are they rip offs the service stinks. They should be arrested for such an act. Knowingly taking money for a service that never worked.
