I was told I could cancel at any time. I called them immediately to cancel. The young man said I would have to wait 48-72 hrs. For the account to be on their computer. Then I would have to call back to cancel.
I have made several attempts to call them. There is a message that says all their "reps" are busy and to hold for the next one. Then it rings and you are cut off. Making it impossible to cancel.
I received their verification & acceptance form but no catalog. I wrote in red across that form to cancel that account as of this date 07-14-04. I made a copy and I have notified the bank. I don't know what else to do.
