When the sales guy KNOWS that he has made the sale and gives WRONG delivery delivery information, which the manager later on says "everyone" there knows that the info is wrong, is that sales guy lying or incompetent?
When the manager has a look on his face like he is about to get into a bar fight when he hears the complaint against the sales guy, what is that?
When customer tells sales guy that he wants 24 month financing and sales guy sets it up for 23, what is that? By the way, when the ads say that a promo is good until a certain month/year, that means good until the FIRST day of that month not the last. Sales guy either lied about what he was setting up or was too incompetent to set it up as requested.
When follow-up calls from the regional manager or corporate office are promised but not received, we all know what that is. This is "how the corporate culture rolls" at Rooms to Go. When you deal with them at any of their stores, just assume that you are buying a used car and that the sales person will tell you ANYTHING to get you on the dotted line, even if he has to make it up out of whole cloth.
