On 2/7 I contracted a bathroom remodel by Snyder Roofing and paid cash for the job. For a month, there was never any communication to let us know when they would start. I called on several occasions to find out when they would start the job, and received no response from Snyders. On 3/6, Snyder finally called and made an appointment for the contractor and the salesman to come and look at the job. After leaving (approx 10 minutes later), Snyder called my phone and demanded $1500 more to do the job, which is contradictory to our signed and paid contract. When I asked for my money back, they gave me problems, and I still haven't seen my refund. I did inform them that I would file in small claims court by Monday if I didn't receive my money back. So far... Nothing.
