I brought a sterilizer and bottle warmer as a set in october last year ready for the birth of my second child who is now 8 weeks old. On both of the items the buttons have broken which means to actualy sterilize his bottles i have to hold in the button till the cycle is done (which i also have to guess) and as for the bottle warmer i cant use it at all i just have wait for the water in the kettle to cool before giving it too him. Would like a refund or new items.
