I can say that wheelstudio.com has the best customer service of all the wheel/tire websites because I was looking for rims that were almost impossible to find and I called almost every wheel/tire site I could find and none of them where as helpful as the guys from wheelstudio.com
I ordered a set of staggered rims with the tires from wheelstudio.com and the guys were nothing but helpful. I was a little picky and had a difficult time finding the kind of rims I wanted due to offset, staggered fitment, spoke pattern, and color appearance preferences, but Eric and John helped me every bit of the way!!!
Took me about 2 weeks to actually pick a set and order them, but these guys were more than helpful all the way. Eric followed up with me and had no problem answering all million of my questions from day to day.
Shipment came on time, lugs, hubcentric rings and everything was all intact and they look GREAT on my car!
Price was good, selection was great, and the customer service was the best I've seen of ANY wheel/tire website.
(wheelsnext, wheelfire, and a few others had customer service that was borderline rude. Hung up on a few of them)
In any case, if you need nice wheels with a fast turnaround time to get them (mine came with tires in like a week) this is the place to go HANDS DOWN!
