Purchased a Barnes and Noble Gift Card three weeks before Christmas and have never received Also purchased a Wal-Mart gift card with a dining dolars certificate and have never received Emailed the address SEVEN times now ([email protected]) and also called a few times and left messages and have never received a response!

If you are unable to redeem your Voucher due to Merchant refusal, or Merchants cessation of business prior to the expiration date specified for the Voucher or any extended redemption period beyond the expiration date required by applicable law, contact our Customer Service department at 972.479.5099 and explain your situation. We will refund the purchase price paid by you for the Voucher at issue.
