I ordered a book which I decided not to keep. Sent it back. A month later, I got a bill for said book. Sent that back with a notation that the book had been returned the previous month. A month after that I got a another bill defining my account as "delinquent" threatening me with "other measures for collecting it." I had a similar experience a year or so ago with the same company. I just tracked down a customer service number but will not be able to call till during the work week.
