Five units wood building, minimal sound can be hear through the entire structure and will bother some of the owners who actually live there, and who will go the extra mile (see picture) to make your vacations miserable unless you comply with ZERO SOUND policy.
This is not mentioned on description or contract!
Owner Angela Powers failed to refund our $200 deposit, her allegation: apartment was in disarrangement, and not clean enough after we left.
Note: We paid the $75 cleaning fee and had to wait 2 hours after check in time to have the apartment clean.
