The Home Depot
Return/replacement policy

I purchased an over-the-array microwave oven in the above Homedepot to become shipped and mounted on January 21. The stove was shipped and mounted Feb 23 with a third party installation company. After adding the stove, among the contractors created five efforts to temperature water, ultimately informing me the oven was operating properly. The specialist then quit, getting my previous microwave oven. About 20 minutes later I attempted to boil water to create coffee. I went the stove for twenty units, but could warm the water-only to warm. I place a carrier of microwave popcorn within the stove and pushed the "Popcorn" switch about the stove. The popcorn wouldn't take. I named Homedepot Feb 23, to record the faulty stove. A worker within the equipment division explained he was sorry my stove didnot function, but he didnot understand what related to a faulty equipment after it had been mounted. He explained he'd need to keep in touch with his supervisor. He named me back Feb 24 and explained they'd two of the exact same stove in the shop, but they needed to discover somebody in the store that understood just how to deploy them. He explained he'd call again later. I get a phone the exact same evening or even the next in the worker who offered me the stove. He explained he named to assure me they were focusing on the issue.in my opinion it had been Friday February 27, the very first worker that had named created another phone to inform me these were still focusing on getting a method to substitute, "or restore" the faulty stove. I advised him that I needed a brand new stove, not the faulty one fixed. He explained they'd proceed to focus on getting a remedy. Nowadays is Wednesday February 29, and nobody has named with any answer. I am scared the additional time that passes with nothing being completed, the more trouble I'll have obtaining my issue solved. I'm considering processing a using the Oregon Department of Justice Consumer Affairs Division, and perhaps the Greater Business Office. I'd enjoy any guidance that Criticism Panel visitors might provide me. Thanks.
