We have had a second telephone call now from someone indicating that our lawfirm may be contacting him for collection of a debt.
Our firm is Mitchell & Associates Law Firm, PLLC and is not a debt collecting agency. We are not based in Charlotte, but in Durham, NC.
We have no idea who these people are, but it is apparent they are committing a crime in falsely representing themselves as a lawfirm known as Mitchell and Associates in this state.
Please report this to the NC Attorney General and to the NC State Bar. Both websites have online reporting features.
