IEG lies about being part of con edison

I was in con edison paying my bill and when i leave a guy (John Ambit) stops me talking about 7%discount on my bill if i enroll into the program that he barely explained so i recieve an agreement i didnt recognize or seen before by mail im trying to cancel and they want to charge me with a fee.
