Mr. LaRocca, a well heeled Brooklyn boy, is attempting to develop an urban in-fill construction project in his home town of Brooklyn. Although he speaks well of himself, he is a novice and a virgin in the development / construction industry.
He has used a dear friend (an established, experienced & licensed contractor) for some months in developing this project from concept to construction permits and approvals; then changed contractors because he felt "the costs are too high".
Being fully transparent, great time has been spent in educating him in the error of his ways. As he "knows it all", he has refused to see the light.
