My problem originated with bad accounting practices at Kingman Regional Medical Center and over-billing. They refused to answer my letters and turned me over to collections. I disputed the debt through the collection company, Northern Arizona Creditors Service Inc. And two days later received a letter stating they have completed their investigation and I owe all the hospital says I owe.
How could they do an investigation in 2 days? The point is, they take the information from the hospital which is incorrect and then bully you through collection activity.
I would like to hear from others who have bad dealings with either the hospital or this collection agency and see if we can't get a class action thing going to stop these practices.
This is not my debt and is due to a mistake by the hospital and rather than solve it, they sent me to collections.
