In January the SEC instituted a civil action against Mr. Littman and others in the US District Court, Middle District of Florida.in a single count against Mr. Littman, the SEC alleged that in September, Mr. Littman engaged in the sale of unregistered securities. Has later found guilty and paid a $162,000.00 fine.
Then in 2008 Mr. Littman was involved in fraudulent activities by once again selling more unregistered securities, and stealing funds from a an elderly client from Canada in the amount of $100,000.00. The case is pending, and a complaint has been filed with the SEC.
