The individual stated that I did not provide a refund did not tell the entire story; and I would hope that he would be honest and do so. We had to cancel a Photography workshop due to lack of Photographers subscribing. The individual so stated that he would not require a refund; but would use it toward our next workshop. I didn't not put another workshop together immediately, and after a few weeks, this individual requested his money back. So, being I knew a workshop was not in the immediate future, I returned his monies via PayPal, just like he originally paid.
He did receive his money back. I do honor refunds per the instructions per each event.
