Beware of rip off calder brothers, manufacturers of mauldin paving products.
Calder brothers maulds over small family owned paving company. I gave calder brothers corporation, manufacturers of mauldin paving products a deposit of $30,000.00 to hold a mauldin 1750 paver that was one years old. I was quoted the price of $56,695.00 and approximately 45 days after we gave a $30,000.00 deposit, i went over to the location where they were holding the paver until it was paid for. I wanted my friend to see the paver that i was going to purchase, but when we arrived on location to look at the paver,
I noticed that it was no longer on the south west corner of the building, so we drove around no paver anywhere in sight. My friend and i went to the office and the office manager said a low boy came in the night before and moved the paver back to south carolina the next morning i iimmediatly called by lawyer, the first words out of my lawyer's mouth were "was this a repo?" i told him no, that i had never taken possession of the paver.
