This company provides only 17 minutes for a $5 phone card when other comapanies provide close to an hour for the same amount of money. I got suckered into buying DMV Plus because the Chinese grocery store, H Mart, only had to cards from which to chose and this was the one the clerk recommended. Do not use DMV Plus phone cards; let their greed put them out of business.
