When i saw my online bank acount the other day there was money taking out without my knowledge for 49.99 from stay in touch long distance. Which made my checking so over drawn that we had to pay for the over draft fee of 30.00
I even asked my husband if he did this and he said no.
I found the telephone number and called they said it will be 7 days and they would credit my account will i wanted for 8 days and no credit called again same thing,
When i got my cancelled checks there is a telephone number and i called again got an person on the line and she said that I have to write them to say I dont want the service and please refund my money and that is where I got the address on it
Also i did some checking on the internet and found several people had the same problem as I did and that is why i am writing to you. So someone else wont be a victim to this.
I am on disbilty and my Husband only works our money has to go far. I am in the meantime chanking banks.
And writing the letter. I really dont know how they got our account number but they did
