My order not delivered, could not contact anyone about my order, order status changed back to pending

I ordered a gift for valentine's day for my aunt, went through all the ordering steps using the online store. I am in OK and my aunt is in MD, i paid with a credit card got my receipt and a email confirmation, i clicked the link to track and it said the order was received by the store ok, come valentines day it is now 7:57 pm in MD and still not items delivered. I have been trying to contact the store for the past 4 hours and all i get is a busy signal on the line. I called the 877 number form the website i get the same thing,

I then tried calling the corporate office now the phone is ringing but that's all it did no voice mail or anything, these people have my money but i have no product. I filled on the order request form three time today and still not gotten a response back at all. This company is horrible, no way of getting a hold of someone dealing with your money when they fail to deliver and will not contact you back. I will be filing a report to the better business about this and will be looking to get my money back as well. This was my first and last time using this company and i am going to let everyone i know how bad the service is.
