I had been receiving phone calls from an Wellersburg, PA number who was leaving messages on my voicemail stating, "they are calling from the department of crime prevention and I'm accused of oweing a debt, that my case file was in front of them and I'm the primary suspect to a crime". After doing some online research i found that i am not the only one who has received these kind of calls. I have been unable to find out who it is that they represent but I'm sure its a scam.
