Received bill with incorrect name spellings, had trouble with their phone number (wrong) finally spoke to someone who assured me all would be taken care. As of 2/10 no new bill, finally found another phone number for them on internet, trouble getting through to a human, was on hold for 12 minutes when I finally spoke to someone they put me back on hold again.
Supposedly everything is fixed in their system and a new bill was mailed 2/9. I told her the service was awful the phone number on the bill incorrect and that it was poor management of the company. She didn't even apologize for the very long wait which I mentioned to her. I finally said don't you care about getting business you didn't even apologize for the long wait and the fact I needed to call again. I can assure you I will not be dealing with the company in the future. I would rather send the money as a donation to the Girl Scouts in this case.
