My home phone rang 3 times back - back and a Joyce Ward asked to speak to my daughter who does not live with me. She stated that she had a complaint on her desk that my daughter needed to take care of right away. She proceeded to tell me that since I refused to answer any of her questions that she whould freeze all my assets. I told Ms. Joyce Ward (who was too nasty and mean to have a husband) that my daughter does not live with me nor is she in any way attached to my home. Joyce stated again that they were going to go aftr my house and take it away from me. During the comversation my heart monitor started ticking faster and faster. I am over 72 years old and I find it hard to be harassed my some one who I do not know. I spoke to my daughter who told me that she called her over 4 times the same day and stated that she was living off of me and they were going to again take my house. I dont understand why they are going to try to take my home? I do not know anyone by the name of Joyce Ward and honestly with her evil and her nasty attitude I pray that she does not contact me again. My son -in law also stated that he was called and that she also threatened to take his assets. My daughter also stated that when she started to out talk Joyce she got more angry and connected her to another coloctor who stated that he was outside her home and that he was going to tell her boss that she was talking to him when she should be working. He also said that my daughter stated that she would give them 100.00 dollars a month was not acceptable and that they wanted more and since she refused to give them more money they were going to freeze all her assets rwegardless if she paid the debt off or not. Sad to say that they told my daughter not to call them anymore and then today Joyce Ward called her and her husband again and when my daughter called back the phone was connected to another associate that stated that Joyce will not call anymore and dont call anymore because we are going to freeze your moms assets and your mother (me) will be out on the street. I own my home and who is Joyce Ward to try to take my house when I never signed any papers nor do I have any debts. I am debt free!!! So Joyce Ward dont call me or I will have to file a police complaint and a complaint with the FCC and BBB wow they have 29 complaints anyway. Joyce Ward is going to ruin that company she is a scorened woman who has no morals and does not care. Hopefully one day someone will call her and threaten to take her home when the debt is not her debt.
We should all call Joyce Ward at 18008868088 ext 2244 and ask to speak to random people and threaten to freeze her assets. If my daughter stated that she'd pay 100.00 per month then take the money, dont continue to call and play games on the phone and yet tell her not to call your office. How ignorant are you.
