I was a customer of Rhea Baker with State Farm in Vienna, VA. She was very nice in getting me to become a customer of hers. I never heard from her once I signed on which was fine. But one day I had a car accident and needed to make a claim. Since she was my agent I wanted to call her for advice. She didn't return my calls and when I finally blocked my number to get her on the line she acted extremely busy and very rudely said to me "You need to call the toll free claim number, I don't f—king deal with claims!" and then she hung up. I suppose I should have known that they would be the ultimate ones to deal with it but I couldn't believe the way a State Farm agent would treat one of their clients. I will never do business with State Farm again because of Rhea Baker.
