This character presented himself to us as a reputable contractor. But he in fact turned out to be anything but. He massively front loaded our project, convincing us to give him too much money early on and we never recovered from his deception. We ended up spending nearly twice as much money because of this man. Be careful when choosing a contractor in general. Bit do yourself a favor and not hire this one.
