My facts are identical to the other reports and like the others I did some pretty extensive due diligence before I mailed off my check. Their pitch is believable, but NEVER under any circumstances send money up front on a promise to sell your time share. I learned this the hard way! These guys took my money, sent the initial sales documents and did some basic "thanks for your business" email follow up. The thank you email came from Andrew Devaney, the President of First Capital himself and really had me convinced that this was legit! After a few initial follow up emails communication stopped and like the others I left messages and sent emails with no replies. Please do not believe anything these guys say as this is a big rip off and you will be sorry!
