Purchased a dent repair deal in San Diego area. Company missed several appointments, failed to return calls to reschedule and, after 5 and 1/2 months, doubled their estimate for the repair work without even coming out to look at my car. $150 deal turned into $330 estimate with deal expiring in a few days. I complained to Living Social several times. Their response has been "sorry" and will only issue me a credit to spend on other bad bait & switch deals. Avoid purchasing from Living Social until they change their refund policies. They are supporting bait and switch tactics by businesses and refuse to stand by their customers. I have purchased many deals but not anymore and I am spreading the word.
