My cell phone had dead zones so I decieded to go to another company. I chose the Co and ported the cell number. (1/4)
The next day my wife called to be sure it was Cx'ed and find out if there was a balance. We were told the bal was zero.
Three weeks later we get a bill for the full amount. (1/31)
I called T Mobile and talked to Eddie, he couldn't figure why they said no Balance, but the policy is to charge the full amount if not notified. I guess porting and calling them is not enough.
My credit rating is well over 800, so I paid the bill. I am now looking for payback.
