THis report is to make everyone aware that Tina McKee, Director of Operations, at Comtech Services, Inc is a rip off. She ordered several DVDs from my Amazon store. After they shipped asked for a refund. Was instructed to return DVDs after refund given. She got her money back and did not return DVDs. Amazon will not intervene and tells me to work it out with the buyer. Tina McKee is aware of this and will not give me my money or DVDs back.
She basically strung me along for 2 months then stopped responding to my emails after that. I want everyone to know what a crook she and her company are, and how lousy Amazon.com is with not helping at all. Beware of Tina McKee, she is the director of Operations at Comtech Services inc, located in Germantown MD.
