If you are thnking of hiring a moving and storage company, do not use USA Relocation for the following reasons:
- they will not take care of your belongings
- the salesperson will provide you with only a portion of their actual fees/charges
- they are not available on weekends
- they will not deliver your belongings when they say they're going to deliver
- they offer. 60 cents per pound for damage - and at that price they do not care if they damage your belongings
- USA will not be picking your stuff up - they sub-contract with local folks (not movers) to rent a Ryder truck and they are the one's that will pack your belongings - And they will move your stuff to another truck (possibly two) before your belongings arrive at the destination (they will not tell you this on the phone).
- Because they are not professional, they will need your assistance with taking apart some items
- they will not tell you about the fuel surcharge when selling you on the move
- they will not tell you about packing fees when they are selling you over the phone
- once they have your money, they do not care about you any longer
Do not use USA Relocation - if you do, you will be dissappointed!
