They come last Monday, June 14th. We were caught by the $9.95 advertise. They said $80 for the all house, bottom line with all the xtras we paid $145. Once they are in your house you want to have the job done and they know how to rip-you-off!
Our carpets look all most the same. Since we couldn't step on the carpets we return home in the late evening and then figured out their bad bad job and we were "stolen"
Every time call them and try to talk with the manager he is out and he will call me back - since Tuesday (today is Friday)
So, do you a favor, spread this out and never call for their service.
