This user advertised free shipping on additional items so I tried ordered two sticks of 512mb PC133 high density memory using the buy it now option on his ebay item listing.
However, the seller refused to abide by the terms listed in the free shipping for the additional item, which in all reality would not cost him any more to ship.
Eventually, the seller claimed to have sent the item even though the last time I had heard from him, he was demanding more money. Then after I didn't receive it, he said that he filed a claim with the postal carrier and I would have to wait for a refund until he got reimburstment with them, but provided no solid proof it was ever actually shipped. Additionally he said he could not send me replacements because he no longer carried the item.
To date, the seller has stoped responding to my emails but continues to sell similar products on ebay. This order was in November 03 and still no resolution.
