A sales representative came to my apartment complex in San Jose, CA. He was selling magazines to help get "points" in order for him to win money for school. I bought the magazine I wanted, but after he left I realized he overcharged me—the numbers did not add up right.
I tried calling the customer service number on the receipt, but the message says they are having "difficulties" with their phone system. I tried emailing them, multiple times trying to cancel/refund my order, and have received no response. I also tried faxing them, but again, the number wouldn't work.
On their website, I looked up my order, and the magazine listed is not the one I ordered at all. I have been ripped off, over charged, and left helpless in trying to get my money back.
