I ordered Architectural Digest Magazine from Steven Hill, a student walking the neighborhood selling magazines, for my son for $50. This was in June. I have yet to receive any magazine

I ordered Architectural Digest magazine for my son in June from Steven Hill (a student walking the neighborhood selling magazines for a school project) The magazine cost me $50 and I have yet to receive any magazine.

I have a Customer Service number written on my receipt, but it is not a valid number. I have a receipt that has an order number and an address but no phone number, how convenient.
