I attempted to order a prada bag today off this site. Prices were to good to be true, I emailed to get confirmation that the bag was in fact authentic and to ensure certificate etc was all included.
Dear customer, this bag is 100% authentic Prada, comes with authenticity card, Prada dust bag, Prada paper bag.
So I ordered the bag got this email about an hour ago
Dear customer, we tried to charge your card ending XXXX but got declined, the exp date seems expired. Can you pleased provide us another card? Thank you so much.
I asked how they would like it provided
Dear customer, please re submit your order, or you can send new card number to our gmail, google mail is very secure. [email protected]
I have NEVER in all my time of online shopping EVER EVER EVER been asked to provide cc information via email.
This raised a lot of alarm bells for me.
I then asked if I would be double billed if i reordered or have my non refundable purchase sent twice
Here is my reply
Dear customer, you will not be double billed or double shipped. Do you have other cards? We accept visa, mastercard, discover and American express.
Notice everytime i am dear customer, there is no name, no signature from who is sending this, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.
I told them i no longer wanted the purchase and expected not to be billed (since of course they claim to not have the correct cc number)

Unreal.
This company cannot be for real... Think twice before purchasing from here.
What frightens me is how many people probably just hand over cc numbers.
I had purchased two other things online with this card and two things yesterday and used it 20 min ago, there are NO issues with the card or the expiry date.
